Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee Program aims at attracting the recently graduated professionals, retain them, and develop high potential ones to become future world class leaders for SRMCC.

The program will be conducted for 18 months then will be integrated with a fast track career progression at SRMCC targeting supervisory then managerial positions at the different functions provided that they meet the jobs’ competencies and standards.


Program Eligibility

The ideal candidate will be eligible for the management training program if he meets the qualifications below:

  • Saudi national
  • A candidate must be highly talented person and have a Civil Engineering Degree.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
  • Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
برنامج التدريب الإداري

يهدف برنامج متدرب إدارة عليا على جذب المتخرجين المحترفين، و تطوير الموظفين المحتملين ليصبحوا قادة المستقبل في الشركة السعودية للخرسانة الجاهزة

مدة برنامج التدريب الإداري ستكون على مدار 18 شهرا ومن ثم يلتحق المتدرب بمسار وظيفي خاص للوصول لوظائف بالمستوى الإشرافي ومن ثم الاداري وذلك حسب المعايير والجدارات المعتبرة خلال المسار الوظيفي

الكفاءات المطلوبة

:المرشح المثالي سيكون مؤهلا لبرنامج التدريب الإدراي في حال توفر المؤهلات التالية

 أن يكون سعودي الجنسية   

أن يكون المتقدم ذا موهبة عالية و حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية

(إيجاد اللغتين العربية و الإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثا و كتابة

مهارات قيادة عالية، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على حل المشكلات و أن يكون لديه مهارات إتصال لفظية و كتابية عالية

القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام و العمل على مهام متعددة
