• Implement social media strategies for SRMCC that focuses on building brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption.
• Collect information company-wide to; develop the content from the gathered information, place a copyright on the content, design content “graphically”, and releasing it through the appropriate channels.
Recommend actions in approaching social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
Regular publishing schedule:
• Present a communication plan/schedule that is content and plan specific, timely, and which boost marketing campaigns.
• Engage employees and clients by providing a suggestion/questionnaires platform that aims to increase the audience reach.
Measure & Analyse to Establish ROI
• Measure and report engagement, and audience profile & growth (internally & externally) through the social media channels that company has.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety
• Perform some other duties and responsibilities that may be required by immediate superior.
