Your Job:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and solutions but also serving the customer after the sale.

You will interact with a wide range of contacts from Sales Specialist to Regional and General Managers. You will be working in an office environment with frequent visits outside and will be exposed to high temperature and humidity.

You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from Market Intelligence, pre-sales and sales including budget management and cost control. In your Sales Representative role, you will be in charge of leading and motivating a sales team. You will also be responsible to ensure that sales policies and procedures are followed as required. Your skills and experience:

You hold a Bachelor of Science with a previous experience in Sales.

As a Sales Representative, you will have outstanding presentation and communication skills. You will also promote team work and cooperation. You should be adaptable and always looking to develop your skills. Your experience in sales and general knowledge about the product and the competitive environment will help you to be a successful Sales Representative at Saudi Readymix.

وظيفتك:

يقع ضمن مهام مندوب المبيعات مسؤولية الترويج لمنتجات وحلول الشركة وبيعها، بالإضافة إلى خدمات ما بعد البيع. سيتضمن عملك التواصل مع شبكة واسعة من مختصي المبيعات ومدراء المناطق والمدراء العامون. ستعمل في بيئة مكتبية، وسيتضمن عملك زيارات خارجية مما قد يعرضك إلى درجات الحرارة العالية والرطوبة. وسيقع ضمن مسؤولياتك إكمال دائرة البيع بما في ذلك التحري عن السوق ومهام البيع وما قبل البيع التي تتضمن إدارة الميزانية وضبط التكاليف. وستكون مسؤولاً كذلك عن قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات البيع. كما ستعمل على إنشاء علاقات مستدامة مع العملاء وإدارة خدمات ما بعد البيع. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى الاطلاع على الوصف الوظيفي المرفق.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة بكالوريوس في العلوم مع خبرة سابقة في المبيعات. ويجب أن تتمتع بمهارات تقديم عروض ومهارات تواصل استثنائية، وأن تعمل على تعزيز روح الفريق والتعاون، وتمتلك القدرة على التكيف ولديك الرغبة في تنمية مهاراتك. ستساعدك خبرتك في المبيعات والمعرفة العامة بالمنتجات والبيئة التنافسية بأن تكون مندوب مبيعات ناجح لدى الشركة السعودية للخرسانة الجاهزة.
