Your Job:

 As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for all the Financial Management. Prepare profit and loss statements at detailed level and monthly closing of financials.

Major Responsibilities: 
 
  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor in accounting or equivalent - MBA is preferable, CPA certification is required 

A minimum of 5 to 8  years senior accounting experience

Knowledge in construction industry is preferred

باعتبارك المدير المالي سوف تكون مسؤولا عن  الإدارة المالية بالإضافة إلى تنسيق وقيادة عملية المراجعة السنوية, التعاون مع التدقيق الداخلي للشركة وسوف تكون مسؤول عن إعداد بيانات الربح والخسارة على مستوى مفصل, تحليل وعرض التقارير المالية بطريقة دقيقة , التواصل بوضوح للبيانات المالية الشهرية والسنوية. تجميع التقارير المالية والإشراف على جميع الامور المالية. إشراف وقيادة الميزانية, إدارة ومراجعة جميع الخطط المالية والميزانيات؛ ورصد التقدم المحرز والتغييرات واطلاع القيادة العليا على الوضع المالي للمنظمة. إدارة التدفق النقدي التنظيمي والتنبؤ بها، تنفيذ إدارة العقود ونظام / تقارير الادارة المالية. التاكد من جدول الفواتير ودعم الاحتياجات التشغيلية، تحديث وتنفيذ جميع السياسات والممارسات التجارية المحاسبية، تحسين السياسات والاجراءات لادراة الشؤون المالية. 

 

 

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

بكالوريس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها - في إدارة الأعمال هو الأفضل، شهادة CPA متطلب أساسي
 5 الى 8 سنوات خبرة في مجال المحاسبة العليا, ويفضل وجود خبره في القطاع الإنشائي.
