Your Job:

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for fulfilling requisition orders for materials, supplies, tools, inventory and any other items that the company or department needs.

You will act as liaison between all departments. You will schedule and attends meetings with vendors and clear all vendors of any issues in order to maintain vendor in the approved vendor’s list of the company.

You will maintain the database and will be responsible for the compliance to operational procedures. You can open the job description attached for more details.

Your skills and experience:

You hold a Trade School or Secondary School graduate or any Vocational Course. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

You have excellent communication skills and can speak English fluently. You are details-oriented and well organised. You are also computer literate.

يقع ضمن مهامك كمسؤول مشتريات إكمال طلبات شراء المواد والمخزون والأدوات وغيرها من المواد التي تحتاجها الشركة أو الأقسام. كما عليك التنسيق بين جهات التسويق والأقسام، وتنظيم مواعيد مع مقدمي الخدمات والعمل على حل كافة المشاكل مع أي منهم لضمان بقائه في قائمة مزودي الخدمات المعتمدة للشركة. وعليك أيضاً إدارة قاعدة البيانات، كما ستكون مسؤولاً عن التقيد في الإجراءات التشغيلية. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى الاطلاع على الوصف الوظيفي المرفق.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة في التجارة أو شهادة الثانوية العامة أو أي دورة تدريبة مهنية، وتتمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المشتريات. يجب أن تمتلك مهارات تواصل عالية باللغة الإنجليزية، والقدرة على الانتباه لأدق التفاصيل وتتمتع بالقدرة على التنظيم واستخدام الحاسوب.  

يرجى الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن مجموعة "التركي" هي شركة عالمية، وبالتالي تكون اللغة الإنجليزية هي اللغة المعتمدة بالنسبة إلى المجموعة، حيث يجب أن تكون عملية تقديم الطلبات وكافة الوثائق باللغة الإنجليزية.
