your job:

As a Sales Representative for Waterproofing and construction chemicals at Arkaz, you will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of our products range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Customer Requirements: Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure our solutions meet their needs.

  • Quotations: Calculate and provide accurate client quotations.

  • Tender and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate tender and contract terms to secure sales.

  • Sales Closure: Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

  • After-Sales Support: Offer comprehensive after-sales support services to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Client Account Administration: Administer client accounts and maintain accurate records and follow up for account receivable.

  • Cost and Sales Analysis: Analyze costs and sales data to inform business strategies.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for management review.

  • Sales Targets: Meet regular sales targets to drive company growth.

  • Client Contact Data: Record and maintain up-to-date client contact information.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate sales projects from inception to completion and providing demand plan.

Your skills and experience:

A bachelor's degree in any field,

Minimum of 4 years of sales in waterproofing and specialty construction chemicals or building products.
