Responsibilities::
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by deliver exceptional service

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.

  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements::
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a customer support role.

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

  • Excellent multi-tasking, priority setting, and time management capabilities.
