Main Job Purpose:

Responsible of helping develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.

Accountabilities:
  • Assist marketing manager with brainstorming and coming up with efficient marketing and creative growth strategies.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM.

  • Handle all external and internal parties related to communication and marketing including (Offline Production, Media Production, Photography and Videography, Uniforms, etc.), to ensure delivery within the set parameters by the Head Quarter

  • Handle all media outlets such as websites, application, marketing platforms, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to ensure brand consistency.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, insights, brand awareness, competitors, and competition ventures to evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quota, and target audience.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Handle Customer Journey and be in constant contact with loyalty programs, customer service center and any other party related to the customer satisfaction process, to assess the process and flag an issue to marketing manager & management to maintain quality once activated.

  • Work with agencies and other vendor partners to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

  • Stay up to date with Market trends relevant to the brand to always come up with creative ideas and solutions to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant.

  • Maintain awareness of the latest emerging technologies marketing tools such as Hootsuite to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.

  • Working closely with other departments to develop customer experience B2B that can help in satisfying the customers and solve their needs.

  • Review and ensure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company’s identity strategy and brand guidelines compliance

  • Handle all content related matters from reviewing and translating content to identify and resolve any issues related with promotional content in a timely and professional manner.
