Attracts and selects the best candidates available in the market to provide Musanadah FM with high performers. Guarantee the quality of ‘Saudi recruitment process’ to fulfill Musanadah FM obligations and business needs.

  • Follow all relevant departmental procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardized and a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed.
  • Applies Human Resources policies and procedures in providing professional guidance and support to colleagues and internal customers on recruitment and selection issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policy/process and current legislation on recruitment.
  • Assists in the development of new recruitment and selection processes, systems or procedures to meet the changing requirements of the customer.
  • Produce management and ad hoc reports that set out implications of recruitment actions and recommend ways forward.
  • Provide monthly reports on recruitment activity.
  • Consults with operational areas to determine if needs are being met in terms of recruitment and selection services.
  • Provide day to day support and guidance to the HRA Officer.
  • Undertake and co-ordinate small recruitment projects, monitoring progress and ensuring end results are delivered.
  • Briefs interview panels on the criteria to be applied and the required personal characteristics for particular posts.
  • Assess candidate's skills and suitability, rate expectations, availability and make recommendations to the client.
  • Receive and review applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.

  • Qualification degree – Bachelor degree in business administration/ HR
  • 4 years’ experience in similar position
