Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for handle the process of finding and hiring new employees.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage recruiting cycle from:

    -           Vacancies Post internally and externally.

    -           Meeting with the hiring managers to confirm job requirements.

    -           Candidates’ selection

    -           Coordinate the interviews.

    -           Interview the candidates.

    -           Job offers.

    -           Manage the Onboarding

    -           Update Recruitment report daily

  • Deal with the foreign and local agencies to hire oversee employees.

  • Handle the agreement with universities and institutes to bring coop and trainees.

  • Handling HRDF to get Saudization support.

  • Manage events and career fair to promote Samara and find talented candidates.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
