Main Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for the assisting facilities manager with management of services of company facilities such as Accommodation, yards, branches and the head office and processes that support the core business of the company.

Accountabilities:
  • Negotiate the cost of rent and facilities to the accommodation such as (ACs, Furniture & Kitchens, CCTV...etc.), in order to reduce the Accommodation cost.

  • Responsible for moving employees to the new accommodation and arranging rooms capacities and rooms occupants list.

  • Handle the accommodation on daily bases, with regards to (Check-in & out, employee’s issues & requests, maintenance, Hygiene, Security & Safety standards)

  • Conduct regular & emergency inspection Accommodations & employees’ rooms to make sure they are following Safety & Company procedures.

  • Electricity & Water payments & cost tracking for control for all accommodations & branches.

  • Monitor Accommodations expenses (rent payments, Supplies & maintenance).

  • Responsible for finding new branches based on the company plan & management approval and within the budget, to ensure the branches meets SIXT & Al Turki Standards and fit for the current and future manpower and cars.

  • Handle all branches services from rental agreements issuance & renewal and managing maintenance Orders and water & electricity payments.

  • Supervise facilities and the maintenance to ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.

  • Handle all facilities staff (Office Boys & cleaners) to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly.

  • Handle head office services from Office Supplies, to paying rent and water & electricity payments.
