Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities and projects in Central Region. This role involves developing service strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational activities and projects.

  • Develop and implement service strategies to meet client requirements.

  • Prepare business plans and budgets, ensuring value for money.

  • Promote continuous improvement and best practice strategies.

  • Develop standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs.

  • Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree preferred; degrees in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification is advantageous.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management and budgeting software.

  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within facilities management.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing FM strategies.

  • Experience with managing multi-site operations.
