2026 - Facility Manager - Al Ula city

Roles & Responsibility:

As an Facility Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Plans, assigns, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the work of skilled, semi-skilled, labor, and custodial employees engaged into a various maintenance activity. 
  • Conduct safety meetings, enforces all safety regulations, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Communicate with Engineers and other technicians (Plumber, electricians, HVAC technicians, technical helpers and all skilled workers) to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all tasks and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance measures and safety inspection.
Qualification and experience:
  • Diploma or higher degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering fields. 
  • Required 2-4 years of experience in a facility management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of project coordinating
