Roles & Responsibility:

 

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Qualification and experience:

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration , Secretary or any related field 
  • minimum 3 years experience in similar role 
  • Good Knowledge in MS office software
