Your Job
The job of a TSE is a highly focused position to provide technical / sales support at the Senior level to customers (contractors, architects, consultants, and building owners) with prescribed management of manufacturer’s representatives to achieve pre-determined sales and profit objectives. The TSE coordinates special activities and programs necessary to promote and increase awareness of Arkaz products and systems in the pre-construction phase of projects with the goal to have Arkaz products used in the construction phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist is in the sales process by evaluating applications and materials, recommend products and conduct customer visits to observe and develop application techniques, audits, and presentations.
- Provide field sales with technical data, test results, graphs, and reports.
- Work with field sales & marketing and other groups to generate and analyze market data to identify new products for growth initiatives as needed.
- Test competitive products against portfolio products for specific customer projects or problems and historical data
- Participate in the commercialization of new product launches coordinating technical data with other essential departments.
- Be proactive in developing and visiting the appropriate contacts with the Engineering, Materials, or Quality departments of key customers and material manufacturers.
- Establish and support testing specifications for major customers.
- Proactively develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively promote company products / services.
- Proactively propose and execute technical recommendations on Arkaz product applications for customer’s problem solution in conjunction with Sales team to expand the business
- Recommend improved or new products in existing or new market areas
- Conducts the field-testing process as well as in the implementation of new company products and technologies.
- Helps with process optimization and operational excellence at the customer’s location.
- Supports execution of technical sales representative assessment and training program to operators / technician level at customer sites.
- Develop a working relationship with as many contacts in the plant as possible; this will help identify potential needs of the plant for future opportunities
- The service function includes training of plant personnel, start-up of new processes, troubleshooting problems, coordination of test work being done for the plant and participating in site functions.
- Conduct basic technical support to existing and new customers through collaboration on mix design
- Conduct field QA/QC for customers.
- Aid in installation, repair, and maintenance of dispensing equipment at all customer locations.
- Support new product initiation, technical sales and testing for all customers.

Education and Qualifications
- A B.S. Degree in Technical Field, Chemistry or Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred, with demonstrable, direct experience in the industry.
- Excellent knowledge of CS systems and their components as well as applications to meet the required performance
- 5 years of experience in technical service and engineering and or site experience.
