GENERAL DESCRIPTION / JOB SUMMARY:
To plan, organize and direct the team for executing the project within the budget and its schedule to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Analysis, Technical Queries on Contract, PO documents.
  • To execute the projects in compliance with customer specifications and contractual agreements meeting the approved project schedule. 
  • Engage with customers, project team members, sales and marketing, project operations/production and management to ensure customer satisfaction, excellence in delivery, overall project performance, accurate forecasting, and reporting for all assigned projects. 
  • Lead the project team to ensure all deliverables met customer’s contractual requirement in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Proposals team to obtain project details.
  • Managing assigned projects to appropriate Global Project Management and ISO procedures with high customer satisfaction. 
  • Managing engineers, buyers, production team and other personnel involved with assigned projects.
  • Periodic review of project costing and controlling the activities through pro-active measures.
  • Define project scope, budget, goals, and deliverables. Tracking the project budget.
  • Identify risks involved in assigned project and mitigate the risks.
  • Co-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Responsible for billing receipt as per the contract and ensure that all payments are collected in a timely fashion.
  • Delegating task at each stage of project execution based on the Project need. 
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions and ensure all the team members adhere to the company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate the project closure meeting and ensure the lesson learnt.
  • Leads, mentor, develop and to ensure the team are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s objective.
  • Develops, deploys, monitors, and measures quality and standards among the team.
  • Develop best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organization’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
  • Following all internal company policies for reporting project progress and accurate revenue and margin forecasts to management.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards in project as per contractual requirement, QMS, OSHA and company quality policy.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Project Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
