Main Job Purpose:

Sell company's services to B2B and, and support in building up the business by identifying new business prospects. Sell company's services to B2B and B2C, and support in building up the business by identifying new business prospects. Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients to determine needs. Stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving skills by attending seminars or workshops.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute the overall sales strategy to maximize market penetration in order to achieve sales targets.

  • Obtaining new leads and understand customer needs in order to expand the reach.

  • Prepare proposals and obtain approvals to optimize sales in line with the policy.

  • Meeting new clients to introduce services and solutions, demonstrating presentations to maximize profits.

  • Negotiating with clients, including contract’s terms and conditions, proposed prices, etc.; to close deals and maintain good relations.

  • Establish process to ensure meeting monthly and/or annual targets.

  • Maintain accurate records within reports, including legal documentations for both new and existing clients.

  • Building and maintaining customer database to ease the means of communication.

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Follow up with aftersales team to ensure services are provided and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and quality service in order to sustain customers.

  • Follow up and assist in collections and achieving company targeted cashflows.
