Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for coordinating the business Development, and Support other teams with various administrative tasks.

Accountabilities:

Business Development:

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems for corporate agreement, documents, and reservation.

  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

  • Assist the corporate customer in booking process through calls or email.

  • Deal with customer complaints or issues.

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  • Prepare reports as required.

  • Work on filtering leads.

  • Preparing files for credit and cash invoicing.
