Main Job Purpose:

Handle and coordinate all vehicle fleet transactions through ERP system and other online portals.

Accountabilities:
  • Handle all the following fleet transactions through ERP system:

    1. Category codes

    2. PO issuance and printing

    3. Upload registration copies.

    4. New vehicle uploading

    5. New vehicle receiving

    6. Dispute initiation and closure

    7. Sales order creation and closure.

    8. UCS receipts linkage

  • Oversee Tamm portal from registration renewal, MVPI inquiry, Tamm report on samara vehicles to track ownership transfer.

  • Responsible of bank payment through the online portal like faded/Lost plates renewing and reissue registration card, registering new vehicles and transferring plate license.

  • Provide management with all needed reports like limo reports, rental reports and UCS report, insurance deletion report for sold fleet, ownership transfer report for sold fleet (Deletion AXA) and ownership transfer master report for sold fleet.

  • Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management.
