Main Job Purpose
Responsible for solving customers issues about their vehicles and advising on the best course of action.
Accountabilities
Workshop Service:
Assign jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.
Assist and advise Service Manager with customer complaints to improve customer relationship
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all technicians.
Perform other duties and functions as directed by Management in line with objectives of the company.
Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns.
Maintain up to date technical training data.
Provide the quality of work and productivity to maintain service quality.
Follow-up the job Cards after opening to align with company SLA.
Making Check list for all vehicles received & delivered.
