2021 - Transportation Coordinator - Diriyah Project

Main Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for handling the operations of the Diriyah company.

Accountabilities:
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with Diriyah Operations.

  • Ensure staffing and fleet levels to meet demand.

  • Register all drivers in TAMM system and track vehicle usage to drivers.

  • Dispatch all drivers and coordinate for special requests.

  • Inspect all vehicles for operational readiness.

  • Coach and monitor cleaning and limo staff.

  • Monitoring and addressing all external/internal correspondence related to departmental functions, vehicle maintenance, service and quality standards and other related concerns from lease customers to ensure they are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner with bottom-line focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Handle All customer requests from Oil Service request, maintenance request, update internal Tamm, faded number plates request and Moroor visit direct them to the right department.

  • Coordinate with Logistic and customer for Yearly MVPI and reimbursement if MVPI performed by user itself.

  • Communication with Hemaya Logistics Services for Accident and breakdown vehicles collection.

  • Handle accident dispute by creating requests into ERP and sharing accident documents with workshop to advice for arranging Replacement against Major Maintenance or Accident case from Branches/Pool.

  • Purse and correspondence with customer for Misuse approval and discounts.

  • Prepare International vehicle permissions from Tamm and for commercial units’ correspondence with GRO to acquire permit from Moroor.

  • Review traffic violation list shared to accounts for invoicing and coordinators to notify customer.

  • Coordination between customer, fleet and admin for any disputed and wrong violation.

  • If contract valid calculate and share Early Termination penalty with customer for approval.

  • Monitor Replacement Pool vehicles
