As a Sales Coordinator part of your job description will be as follows:

  • Collecting customer orders from sales team and input sales orders into AX. 
  • Approve invoicing on behalf of Product Group Managers (PGM's)
  • Release blocked sales orders in coordination with finance.
  • Preparation of Quotations and Proposals through the ERP
  • Preparation of statement of accounts.
  • Maintain and update all vendor databases, certificates, approvals
  • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Prepare daily sales report for all groups. 
  • Prepare a monthly forecast sheet to be updated by sales team and shared with supply chain and operation teams. 
  • Ensures that all reports of subordinates are prepared timely and accurately and meet department requirements, policies and standards.
  • Monitor the global as well as regional construction industry and evaluate any market trends to help the company in its long-term strategic planning. 
  • Keep the database on all target markets and large projects identified by the company up to date and coordination between different product groups
  • Contribute to research on target markets to evaluate their strategic viability for the company to expand into
  • Coordinate marketing requirements for each Product Group
Your skills and experience:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering  (Civil Engineer preferred)

Entry level Position (1-2 years of experience in an office environment is preferred)

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - previous experience of using ERP is considered a plus

Bilingual (Fluent English and Arabic)

بصفتك منسق مبيعات ، سيكون جزء من الوصف الوظيفي الخاص بك على النحو التالي:

- تجميع طلبات العملاء من فريق المبيعات وإدخال أوامر البيع في نظام AX.
- الموافقة على الفواتير نيابة عن مديري مجموعة المنتجات (PGM's).
- تحرير أوامر البيع الموقوفة بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والاقتراحات من خلال تخطيط موارد المؤسسات.
- إعداد كشوف الحسابات.
- الحفاظ وتحديث جميع قواعد بيانات البائعين والشهادات والموافقات.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- إعداد تقرير المبيعات اليومي لجميع المجموعات.
- القيام بإعداد صحيفة توقعات شهرية ليتم تحديثها من قبل فريق المبيعات ومشاركتها مع سلسلة التوريد وفرق التشغيل.
- ضمان إعداد جميع تقارير المرؤوسين في الوقت المناسب وبدقة وتلبية متطلبات الإدارة والسياسات والمعايير.
- مراقبة صناعة مواد البناء العالمية والإقليمية وكذلك تقييم اتجاهات السوق لمساعدة الشركة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي طويل الأجل.
- الحفاظ على قاعدة البيانات في جميع الأسواق المستهدفة والمشاريع الكبيرة التي حددتها الشركة وابقائها محدثة ، والتنسيق بين الإدارات للمنتجات.

المساهمة في البحث عن الأسواق المستهدفة لتقييم جدواها الاستراتيجية لكي تتوسع الشركة فيها.

- تنسيق متطلبات التسويق لكل مجموعة منتجات

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

(بكالوريوس في العلوم الهندسية (يفضل مهندس مدني
 حديث التخرج ويفضل خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين

 يجب أن تكون ملم في استخدام برامج الأوفيس

Microsoft Office (Outlook و Word و Excel)

دراية ب نظام تخطيط موارد الشركة

ERP

 

مهارات جيدة التواصل

مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين

اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة)
