Duties and responsibilities
Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a pleasant arrival experience.
Handle check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Assist with guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, or via email.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's reservation system.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
Process guest payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate billing records.
Requirements :
High School diploma or higher
A minimum experience as a Receptionist for 2 years
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in planning, supervision, and organizing
Willingness to work in shifts
