Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Utilize and manage ERP systems for efficient financial transactions, reporting, and data integrity, ensuring optimization for financial processes and controls.

  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of company budgets, providing regular analysis of budget comparing actual performance and variance explanations.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards, addressing and resolving any violations or discrepancies promptly.

  • Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are available.

  • Identify and implement process improvements within financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in a facilities management or related industry.

  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid SOCPA Membership
