Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Utilize and manage ERP systems for efficient financial transactions, reporting, and data integrity, ensuring optimization for financial processes and controls.
Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of company budgets, providing regular analysis of budget comparing actual performance and variance explanations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards, addressing and resolving any violations or discrepancies promptly.
Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are available.
Identify and implement process improvements within financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in a facilities management or related industry.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid SOCPA Membership
