Dimensions of GM Role:

The general manager will report to the managing Director MEAAP and assume a strategic role in the overall management and development of the Saudi Arabia’s testing business. The general manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, execution, managing and controlling all activities in the Saudi business. This will include direct responsibility for administration, profit and loss of the business unit, growth initiatives, enhancing organization capability and providing the optimum structure to execute the plans and general management of Saudi Arabia business.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and practices for health, Safety & Environment and Quality; Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability for laboratory financial performance.
• Formulate and execute a strategy to grow the business with a primary focus on organic growth
• Build and maintain effective relations with clients to enhance the laboratory’s profitability and company’s reputation.
• Develop and build a high performing team.
• Build technical bench strength ensure all staff are adequately trained to perform their duties.

Your skills and experience

we expect you to hold a bachelor degree in Management Administration, or a related field. Master Degree in Management Administration or PMP certification is preferable. 

• Skills and experience:

• 8 years management experience, including 3+ years in similar roles/ sectors and ideally with multinational companies in Saudi.
• Have experience of working with and presenting to senior management teams and management boards.
• Have a metrics based approach and a strong results orientation and have a demonstrated a commitment to long-term success through a consistent focus on the customer and on the best possible use of resources.

خبراتك ومهاراتك: 

 يجب ان يكون لديك اكثر من 8 سنوات في الخبرة الإدارية، بما في ذلك 3+ سنوات في أدوار / قطاعات مماثلة ومن الناحية المثالية مع الشركات العالمية في السعودية

لديك خبرة في العمل مع فرق الإدارة العليا ومجالس الإدارة.

لديك نهج قائم على المقاييس واتجاه قوي للنتائج،  بلإضافة إلى إثبات الإلتزام و النجاح على المدى الطويل من خلال التركيز المستمر على العملاء وعلى أفضل استخدام ممكن للموارد.
