Your Job

As a Security Supervisor you will responsible to monitor and direct the security operations in SRMCC to maintain the security for employees, Factories and visitors , you have to follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Also, you have to prevent unauthorized removal of Company property so that all Saudi Ready-Mix assets remain protected against damage or criminal acts of sabotage. You have to monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Your skills and experience

Candidate have to be bachelor in business administration or equivalent HR degree Furthermore, you should have the ability to act with urgency in an emergency situation.

Should have a Minimum 5 years’ experience in security supervisor position

بما انك مشرف الأمن سوف تكون  المسؤول لمراقبة وتوجيه العمليات الأمنية في الشركة السعودية للخرسانة للحفاظ على الأمن للموظفين والمصانع والزوار، لديك لمتابعة كافة الإجراءات والتعليمات التنفيذية ذات الصلة بحيث يتم تنفيذ الأعمال فيه في الطريقة التي تسيطر عليها ومتسقة. أيضا، لديك لمنع إزالة غير مصرح بها من ممتلكات الشركة بحيث تبقى جميع الأصول الجاهزة السعودية محمية ضد الأضرار أو أعمال إجرامية تخريبية. لديك لرصد ويأذن مدخل وخروج الموظفين والزوار وغيرهم من الأشخاص لحراسة ضد السرقة والحفاظ على الأمن في أماكن العمل.

مهاراتك وخبرتك

أن يكون لديك شهادة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها درجة الموارد البشرية  علاوة على ذلك، يجب أن يكون لديك القدرة على اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة في حالة الطوارئ.

يجب أن يكون لديك تجربة الحد الأدنى من 5 سنوات في موقف الأمن الإداري
