Main Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control of Neom project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Accountabilities
Project Management:
In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Shared Electric Mobility Services
Ensure compliance with NEOM traffic and Saudi regulations policies, which relate to the service, legislation, and procedures and with safety standards
Manage efficiently the Electric Vehicles, making sure they are properly maintained and serviced; organize vehicle
inspections
Get the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations and at the right time
Participate in strategic development and strategy making
Attend periodic review meetings and present required reports
Develop and nurture customer relationships
Maintain accurate administrative records
Identify operational issues, potential problems, and improvement opportunities
Resolve and escalate issues (when required)
Resolve and manage queries and complaints courteously and efficiently
Ensure both site and customer objectives are achieved
Conduct H&S investigations
Department Management:
Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
Manage, monitor, and develop the assigned staff under this Contract
Arrange for the induction and training of all new staff
Liaise regularly with supervisors to ensure a smooth run of the operation

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Logistics and Supply Chain/business administration
