Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and overall operations of our commercial & community buildings.
Manage and direct the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Liaise with various departments to coordinate and facilitate necessary maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the management of commercial or community buildings.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
