Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and overall operations of our commercial & community buildings.

  2. Manage and direct the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

  3. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

  4. Liaise with various departments to coordinate and facilitate necessary maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor or higher degree in engineering.

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the management of commercial or community buildings.

  3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals.

  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
