Roles & Responsibility

• The operation manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the Facility Management activities according to deadlines and within budget.

• Ensure consistent, efficient, and effective day-to-day operation to ensure projects run smoothly and, as a business we run at maximum productivity.

• Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals.

• This role will also include a customer liaison and relationship management component with a view to developing additional business opportunities through on-site relationships.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Qualification and experience

Qualification as a Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field

Minimum 4 years of relevant project management or PMO management experience

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Facility Management sector

Excellent English and communication skills
