Our Early Career Program (ECP) is designed to attract and develop local talent, preparing recent graduates and early career professionals for success in the technical and sales fields.
The 9-month Arkaz ECP empowers participants, fostering their leadership potential and equipping them with the skills needed to become future technical and sales experts.

Qualifications
Recent graduate or early career professional with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Basic understanding of technical concepts and sales principles is a plus.
