Role & Responsibilities :

  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations with precision and timeliness.

  • Manage daily cash deposits and reconcile collections from various customers.

  • Raise and track B2C and B2B invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist the finance team with payment processing and vendor coordination.

  • Oversee bank account management, including monitoring balances and transactions.

  • Support the operations team with financial insights and reporting.

  • Maintain and track company assets and ensure proper utilization.

  • Conduct employee utilization analysis and contribute to financial performance reviews.

  • Deliver financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Help the team with ERP updates and ensure data accuracy across systems.

  • Management of VAT

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in retail-based receipt management, including credit card transactions.

  • Prior experience managing ERP implementation is highly desirable.

  • Prior experience of managing VAT

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
