Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to develop, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role will involve working directly with Facilio to optimize asset management and ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Develop maintenance programs and ensure timely execution in line with client SLAs.

  • Work extensively with Facilio to log, track, and analyze maintenance data.

  • Prepare work orders and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Generate maintenance reports and performance analysis for management review.

  • Support compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Facilio.

  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance best practices.

  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
