Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Compliance Officer to ensure that all contract clauses and Scope of Work (SOW) requirements are fully met across assigned projects. The role focuses on monitoring service delivery, tracking quantities, coordinating with internal departments, and identifying gaps or non-compliance

  • Ensure all contract terms and Scope of Work (SOW) requirements are implemented as agreed.

  • Track quantities and deliverables (e.g., manpower, materials, consumables such as napkins and supplies).

  • Monitor service levels, obligations, and performance against contractual standards.

  • Coordinate and follow up with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Training teams to ensure compliance.

  • Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance and report them with corrective action recommendations.

  • Participate in audits, inspections, and contract performance reviews.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • 3– 6 years of experience in contract compliance, operations monitoring, or service delivery oversight.

  • Ability to interpret contracts and SOW documents clearly.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
