Main Job Purpose
To lead and drive regional sales performance through effective team management, strategic planning, and business development. The role ensures regional revenue growth, expands corporate market share, and upholds company's standards of excellence in client engagement and service delivery.
Accountabilities
Lead regional sales teams and oversee day-to-day performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify regional market opportunities and build corporate partnerships.
Monitor targets, KPIs, and pipeline development.
Support team growth, training, and talent development.
Monitor collection with the region clients to ensure timely payment
Qualification
Bachelor’s in business or relevant field
8+ years in sales, 3+ years in team management
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
Leadership, strategic thinking, market insight, team development, decision-making
