Role & Responsibilities

As a Procurement Category Manager, you will lead category strategies that improve margin, optimize cost, and ensure supply continuity. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute category strategies and annual category plans

  • Lead sourcing projects including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements

  • Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive commercial outcomes

  • Manage contracts, performance reviews, and supplier governance

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers

  • Track value delivery, savings, and margin improvements

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • 7+ years' experience in procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing

  • Strong commercial negotiation background

  • Experience in KSA or GCC markets preferred

  • Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage

  • Strong analytical, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills
