Main Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining regular checkup for the vehicle and assisting customers and rental agents when needed.

Accountabilities
  • Supervise and manage drivers & Cleaners during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Monitor and review daily reports, addressing issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle transfers between branches efficiently and on time.

  • Oversee and ensure proper use of delivery applications (such as 'Talaqani') for vehicle handovers.

  • Track and update the status of vehicles out of service (NR) in the system promptly.

  • Follow up on open bookings (OB) and ensure timely closure or necessary action.

  • Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to drivers to improve their performance.

  • Ensure drivers comply with safety rules, company uniform policy, and customer service standards.

  • Prepare and submit shift reports to the logistics supervisor, highlighting key issues and improvements.

  • Conduct random quality checks to ensure vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and that drivers strictly follow standard operating procedures.

Qualification
  • Minimum High School education

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Results-driven mindset with focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

  • Valid Driving License

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
