As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining hygiene standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will manage staff, control costs, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Quality & Hygiene Control:
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and manage staff, ensuring proper training, performance, and development.

Cost Control & Budgeting:
Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence and quality standards.

Inventory & Supply Management:
Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supplier coordination.

Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all operations align with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Your skills and experience

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.

Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hospitality operations, cost control, and service excellence.

Language Proficiency (Level A):
Must communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, prepare reports, and understand safety standards.

License Requirement:
Driving license is preferred.

Competencies:
Strong leadership, customer focus, communication skills, cost awareness, and the ability to manage operations efficiently.
