POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Technology Advisor role is an integral position within TSE Technology Solutions responsible for strategic technology consultancy engagements and the delivery of technology-driven projects.

The Technology Solutions Team leads early engagements with clients, defining and documenting technology strategies and offering guidance on technology solutions across venues, sports and entertainment environments. In addition, the team oversee and deliver technology-driven projects across all TSE service offerings, including infrastructure, digital and data services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, support and provide input into early consulting engagements with clients, providing guidance and strategies to adopt and operate technologies in venue, sport and entertainment environments, ensuring that client commercial, operational and feasibility constraints and requirements are considered.

• Oversee and deliver Technology Solutions projects, across all TSE service offerings, including but not limited to advisory, design, delivery, operations, and intelligence.

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal subject matter experts, external clients and partners, creating operational efficiencies and developing our offerings. Foster strong outcome-orientated client relationships to drive client satisfaction, growth and client retention.

• Actively contribute to business development and sales activities within Technology Solutions and the wider TSE, by proactively identifying prospects, generating leads and developing opportunities. Lead and contribute to tender documentation and sales opportunities. Cross-sell and up-sell TSE services to assigned clients.

• Uphold the client-focused values, market-leading brand and reputation of TSE. Approach each day with a positive, collaborative and can-do attitude.

• Further develop local relationships with vendors and integrators.

• Develop knowledge on innovation and new technologies.

• Deliver any other activities and priorities as determined by your line manager or needs of the organization as identified from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Formal project management qualification is desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent).

• Demonstratable experience in technology consulting, business strategy or similar.

• Experience within the sports, entertainment or major events sectors.

• Experience of delivering both technology hardware and software projects.
