Job Purpose & Overview
Join Fleet and Tahreez (FTJV) as a Government Relations & HR Officer, supporting the HR Supervisor across day-to-day HR administration while also acting as the company's dedicated point of contact for government relations matters.
This is a combined role designed to provide direct administrative support to HR operations, while independently handling employee government transactions (Iqama, visas, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Ajeer) and coordination with government entities and service providers. The role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, timely processing, and smooth day-to-day HR and government-related operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Supervisor, including files, records, and onboarding coordination.
Handle government relations transactions, including Iqama issuance/renewal, visas, Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI updates.
Coordinate with government entities and service providers (e.g., STC, MHRSD, Absher/Tawakkalna platforms) to resolve employee-related matters.
Follow up on urgent employee or management requests requiring government action, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of employee government-related records for audit-readiness.
Support HR with employee data updates, correspondence, and administrative reporting.
Assist in preparing HR-related letters, forms, and documents as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and government data.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or Government Relations (GRO) role.
Good working knowledge of Saudi government platforms (Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Absher).
Understanding of Iqama, visa, and labor-related administrative procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Clear communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with a proactive and responsible approach.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Education
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR or Government Relations certifications are a plus.
