Your Job

As a Clearance Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure the transfer of goods from their arrival point in the count to the retail stores or warehouses.

You will work in the Supply Chain division under the direct supervision of the clearance supervisor.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the processing of the files with the customs and the required authorities and the management of the custom duties. You will also be in charge of the transfer of the goods to the warehouses and stores, plus the monitoring of the transportation contractors. Your skills and experience

You a Bachelor Degree in Law or Commerce and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a custom clearance company. You have proficient using Microsoft Office.

To perform in your job as a Clearance Specialist, you will need to be creative to solve problems, have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your knowledge of import laws will be an advantage along with your capacity to communicate in English.

يقع ضمن مهام مختص التخليص مسؤولية ضمان نقل البضائع من نقطة الوصول إلى متاجر التجزئة أو المستودعات. وستعمل في قسم سلسلة التوريد تحت الإشراف المباشر لمشرف التخليص. وتتضمن مسؤولياتك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مراجعة الملفات مع العملاء والسلطات المعنية وإدارة دائرة الجمارك، بالإضافة إلى نقل البضائع إلى المستودعات والمتاجر ومراقبة مقاولي النقل. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى النقر هنا.

مهاراتك وخبرتك

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة بكالوريوس في القانون أو التجارة مع التمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في شركة تخليص جمركي، كما عليك أن تتقن استخدام برنامج "مايكروسوفت أوفيس". ولتأدية دورك كمختص تخليص، يجب أن تكون مبدعاً في حل المشاكل وتتمتع بمهارات مفاوضات ومهارات تواصل ممتازة. ويفضل أن تمتلك معرفة بقوانين الاستيراد بالإضافة إلى التمتع بمهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
