As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for:

Conducting all activities related to trial mixes as per R&D project plan including but not limited to the following activates:
- Raw Material Testing.
- Concrete Admixtures FG Testing
- Testing fresh concrete properties.
- Testing of hardened concrete properties.
Conducting aggregate tests required in R&D activities including physical and chemical properties.
Conducting QC tests for RM and FG.)
Conducting Concrete trials for both RM and FG.
Conducting Concrete workability, Rheology and Durability tests.
Conducting tests for self-compacting concrete.
Conducting all the tests required for admixtures and additives for mortars.
Efficient documentation of all test measurements in soft and hard copies manners.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly test reports may have requested by project engineer.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment in all concrete labs.
Continuous improvement of laboratory work aspects.
Maintain R&D center assets such equipment, tools and materials and following up calibration process may require throughout RD project under the supervision of RD project engineers.
Follow company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION

High School Graduation (Diploma Preferred).

MINIMUM EXPERINCE

Minimum 3 years’ experience in QC/QA of ready mixed concrete industry or 3rd party testing facility.
Sound knowledge in testing of raw materials and concrete is a must.
Preferable ACI certified (ACI Field Technician Certification Programs and/or ACI Laboratory Technician Certification Programs) or equivalent.
