Your Job

As an FM Supervisor you will assist in planning, costing, implementation and delivery of a number of the projects.

You will also assist in the improvement and delivery of the day to day facilities management.

Your core task is supervising & maintaining the services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, cleaning, hospitality and housekeeping. 

Your skills and experience

You must have a diploma degree in Facilities Management, or related qualification such as Mechanical, Electrical. 

You need to have a Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, two of which were holding a supervisory position.

You will need to have set of crucial skills such as project coordinating, preventive maintinanace, strong communications skills, negotiation skills, and self motivation.

بصفتك مشرف المرافق سوف تساعد في تخطيط وتنسيق أنشطة الميزانية في المشروع وصيانة الهياكل والمرافق والمشاريع؛ سوف تساعد أيضًا في تحسين وتسليم انشطة و إدارة المرافق اليوميةوجدولتها و تنفيذها

مهمتك الأساسية هي الإشراف على الخدمات وصيانتها بما في ذلك التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والكهرباء والسباكة والأمن والبيئة والسلامة والتنظيف والضيافة

مهاراتك و خبراتك

يجب أن يكون لديك درجة الدبلوم في إدارة المرافق، الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الميكانيكية والكهربائية  

أنت بحاجة إلى الحد الأدنى من 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الصيانة، اثنان منها منصب إشرافي .
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة على سير العمل وإدارة الموظفين، والإسكان، والنقل، الخ

سوف تحتاج إلى خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية، ومهارات الاتصالات القوية  والتحفيز الذاتي.
