Roles

The Facility Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing both soft and hard services, ensuring efficient facility operations.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate soft and hard facility management services, including repairs, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Manage and lead a team of facility technicians, maintenance staff, and support personnel.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring smooth facility operations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for cost-effective facility management.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on facility performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies promptly.

 

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility management with a focus on both soft and hard services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and soft services.
  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
