Role & Responsibilities
Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding as necessary.
Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Maintain and organize files, records, and office systems.
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High-level communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
