Role & Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding as necessary.

  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other important documents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office systems.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • High-level communication abilities, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
