Main Job Purpose
Responsible for handle the process of finding and hiring new employees.
Accountabilities
Manage recruiting cycle from:
- Vacancies Post internally and externally.
- Meeting with the hiring managers to confirm job requirements.
- Candidates’ selection
- Coordinate the interviews.
- Interview the candidates.
- Job offers.
- Manage the Onboarding
- Update Recruitment report daily
Deal with the foreign and local agencies to hire oversee employees.
Handle the agreement with universities and institutes to bring coop and trainees.
Handling HRDF to get Saudization support.
Manage events and career fair to promote Samara and find talented candidates.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
