Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by deliver exceptional service
Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer support role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Excellent multi-tasking, priority setting, and time management capabilities.
