Roles & Responsibility
Ensure accurate entry, storage, and maintenance of asset data in the CAFM system.
Create Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders based on the scheduled program.
Review and verify data records for accuracy and clarity.
Auto-generate and prepare periodic reports for client submission.
Maintain organized filing systems for all documents and records.
Record and track material movement through the CAFM system.
Manage help desk requests, providing updates on work order status.
Prepare work schedules and follow up on task completion in the system.
Update and close completed tasks promptly.
Qualification and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience operating a CAFM system.
Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and help desk operations.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
