Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Oversee employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs for timely processing.
Coordinate training programs, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
