Role & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and client expectations. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and improving quality processes across facilities management projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001.
Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed.
Monitor service delivery performance and compliance with client contracts.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
Support training and awareness programs for staff on quality procedures.
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for QMS compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
